Note: The quality of your viewing experience depends upon the
speed of your Internet connection, also known as bandwidth. If you
are using a dial-up connection, we suggest you select a "Low" speed
format to ensure smoothly streaming video. If you have a broadband
connection (e.g., DSL, cable modem or T1), you might be able to play
films in our "High" speed format with increased quality. Another
option is the "Real - High/Low" format, which will automatically
adjust to the best available quality for your current connection
speed.
There are no
hard-and-fast rules. Sometimes the Internet gets clogged with
traffic, and your connection's speed can vary. Try experimenting
with different speeds to see which works best for you.

How do I get the free
player?

Go to the box at the
bottom of the page, enter your name and email address, select
whether you want the Windows or Mac version, then click on "Download
QuickTime."
Once the download
process begins, simply click on "Next" until the player has been
downloaded and you can see the icon on your desktop.
